I have a mariner 150 super mag EFI. When I pump primer bulb gas runs out a hole in a brass elbow. System will not prime because of this. Why is gas running out here. How do I fix this problem. Hole looks like it was drilled in fitting at factory. Was this hole intended to serve this purpose. If problem should be fixed by technician what is a fare price.
