DF15 '07 quick carb clean?

Picked up a nice 15hp, that unfortunately has been sitting for a couple of years, it has both remote and tiller.
Originally it was a remote. Tiller was added. Automatic choke and electric start.

It was not easy to get it running, but it eventually ran for like 30 seconds on "pretty" high rpm (throttle at start position)
As soon as I touched the throttle it died.
Fuel in the carb and sparks in the plugs.
So I wanna try a basic carb-flush, hopeully just nozzle and jets as in the diagram shows as: "main jet" "pilot jet" and "nozzle"!!

Any ideas?
I just want it to run fairly smooth for like 10-15 minutes in the garage before I try it on my boat..
How can I make sure the auto-choke is working properly?

Hopefully someone answers..

You have inspired me to do a separate "Carb Cleaning" video. I'll post you a link when it is up, should only be a couple of days.

And I watched Another video where some dude cleaned a carb on the fly by a lake, so I tried after watching.
Did wonders, as I culd sit on the porch and keep pieces in order.
One of my jets was totally clogged up.

My other thread, with the auto-enricher, isn't as easy.
But got it working, barely. LOL
