Installing Power tilt on a 2014 25 HP merc

Recently bought new boat with a 25 hp merc and it does not have power tilt and trim. I can get the unit and the boat is all pre wired for it, do anyone know if this is a hard part to install ? what would the time frame be at a shop ? I have talked to some and they say 8-9 hrs.
 
Been trying to find out some info on these units but none of the dealers in my area are familiar with them. Does anyone have any opinions on putting them on a brand new boat? its a Legend 16 cx, and will they take a clamp on bracket ? some of the ones i find online say there is a kit required some say not.
