2006 60 hp 4 stroke intermittent no start

I have a 2006 mercury 60 hp 4 stroke that has an intermittent no start. Sometimes it will start and run fine. Sometimes it will start then shut off. Sometimes it won't start at all. When it doesn't start at all, it has no spark. I've bypassed my kill switch. I've replaced the pickup coil. I have replaced the starting battery.This motor is killing me because Every time i try to diagnose it, it starts and runs fine. Can someone give me some insight?
 
I suggest the only way to find an intermittent problem as you describe is by hooking up to a computer diagnostic scan. The ECM should have the details saved. Intermitant problems of any sort are extremely hard to find. As you say, when you go to try something, motor works fine. Good luck.
