Crusader 270 transmission oil cooler ??

Hello all, I am replacing my trans oil cooler on crusader 270hp. When looking to buy one I found 2 different types. the first is cru 97886 made of copper and it goes for $140.00. the other one is the same but it is made of copper and nickel and it sells for $328.00 My question is what is the difference between the two?? Thanks Mike
 
2X DD's reply....also could be the "source" of your data....Crusader has changed the style and implementation details of the oil coolers used on the small blocks over the years....and your price numbers correlate very well with the old vs new cooler arrangement.
