1993 force cyliner head

well since i have 4 feet of snow all around the boat I pondering spring time improvements to the motor.
I know i will need a head gasket soon. My question is on the cylinder head right near where the spark plugs are screwed in is a bolt does the cylinder head separate further once these bolts come out are there gaskets in there??
. I hope I make sense.

Most heads have a water passage on the top of the head.
No gasket, Black RTV
That's the 1/4=20 screws.
Start spraying PB Blaster or WD NOW!!!
Spray every day or two.
The motor if it's been in salt water????(location) Spary them screws too.
Be VERY careful when removing the head bolts. They can break very easy.
