Wiring on an old sea ray

Hello everyone,
I have decided to begin working on my boat again. However, I am looking for an experienced mechanic in South florida who knows about wiring. My whole boat needs re-wiring BADLY. I don't know anything about this kind of thing, so if anybody is willing to help me out, you will be compensated of course.
Just reply to this thread and we can discuss it more. I know the connection from my throttle to my motor are bad and I am almost sure that is why it isn't running right.

If you don't know anything about the wiring how do you know it's bad? Aftermarket wiring harnesses are available for many engines and boats.
