I am rebuilding the carbs on my motor. The float bowl and top plate gaskets are a little small and will not stay in the channel. I noticed when I took the old gasket out it looked like the factory used some type of adhesive to hold the gaskets in. Have you ever heard of this before and/or can you recommend an adhesive?
Also how do I get the float valve seat out? It is 10mm but both of my sockets are too fat.
