Electrical Problem - 1992 Johnson 150

Boat has been in storage for 3 months. Charging batteries with 3 bank onboard charger. Turned on radio while charging, came on for a few seconds, then went off. Could not get back on. Now, when turn on key, no alarm, but gauges work. No start, no tilt/trim. Battery appears fully charged. Took out of boat, and put on manual charger, and did not move the needle, so assumed fully charged. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.
 
gauges pull very little current and will work sometime with a bad battery or a bad connection from the battery...if the battery was fully discharged and left to set i would take it to a auto store and have it checked...if it is good then i would suspect a bad connection or a bad ground..if after you do this and still have the problem get back to us..
 
Thanks. Pulled battery again, and put in a spare battery had in the garage, and everything worked fine. Taking back tomorrow since only 9 months old with a 2 year replacement warranty. Thanks for your help.
