Just purchased a 2010 skiff with a df100tx Suzuki 4 stroke. With the battery connected all the red LED illuminate on the tach diagnostics and I can hear an audible alarm. The engine key switch is in the off position and will not crank when attempting to start. Not familiar with this system and any opinions would be appreciated.
