Osco and barr are decent aftermarket makers (and are OEM for many brands, too)...

Stay away from the imported from china stuff.

As far as where to buy; you are best served to shop around the shipping will be a big driver...our host here @ ME.com is usually quite competitive - check out the parts catalog link at the top of the page.
 
Thanks, just managed to score a new set of OEM Crusader risers and manifolds for $320 shipped, which I thought was pretty good. Just need another set now!
