1984 2HP Seahorse cam follower configuration

My 1984 2HP Seahorse (J2RCRS) is configured differently than the manual describes. There is no cam roller on the cam follower. Instead my engine has a piece of hard rubber attached to the cam follower that makes contact with the armature plate when the throttle control is moved. It's therefore impossible to adjust it between the 2 marks on the armature plate as described in the manual.

I would like to "upgrade" and install a new cam follower that uses the cam roller. It seems to be a better system. I have identified the following parts as needed for this project. Can anyone tell me if there are other parts that I should order for this upgrade? Thanks.

Sorry I'm just replying. Here are a couple of photos of the current setup. I'm not sure if you'll be able to see it in the photos but the cam follower is just a stub of hard rubber. There is no adjustment screw and there is no roller. Thanks for your help.
