Thanks, I currently have a Honda 90 on this boat and it does 25 so 20 was about what I was thinking also.Tri toons need "MORE POWER" a 75 will push and you'll eventually get there.
Maybe 20mph. I'm using the WAG system(wild a%$ guess).
The 3rd toon adds a lot more drag.
Like kimcrwbr1 suggests make sure you have a tach. and the right prop.
