1996 225 hp Tilt and Trim

I finally got my Mako in the water yesterday after replacing the motor mounts and lower end and on our maiden voyage I think the tilt and trim switch was stuck on while running at high RPM and now the trim motor does nothing working the switch at the helm or on the engine.
Does the trim motor have it's own fuse or do you think the motor burned up?
Does the power head have to be removed to get to the bolts for the trim motor if it has to be replaced?

There are 3 relays main relay,down relay,up relay. No on the powerhead removal to take off pump. Tilt motor all the way up,there is a pin on the ram that comes out. since your motor will not move you will have too release manual valve in order to move motor. Get you some help,cause it's heavy.
