I’m the owner of a Mercury Optimax 135 HP 2009 model. The engine is working well but I receive an error message saying that there is something wrong with the throttle position sensor.
Mechanics from Mercury have changed the sensor. With the new sensor the rpm in idle position is increasing from around 550 to more than 1000 rpm.
Anyone that have been experienced the same problem and know what to do to rectify it?
