Can I converte my 1986 150xp evinrude to a 200 sense its the same cc?

Will jetting the carbs do anything

As posted above....no just make engine richer. To covet it you would need to tear motor down and have a professional shop regrind the ports to 200hp spec's,replace the carbs with 1-15/16 size, sometime tuner change and still it would only be about 185hp as it has the flat back exhaust.
