Won't Start - Electrical

I have a 2006 5.7 350 MAG MPI that won't crank. Everything has been checked, good spark, good fuel pressure, no bad wires, good relays. But it only has One Volt on the injectors though. No shorted injectors. Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks!

If it dosent crank over how did you verify you have spark? Is it hydro-locked preventing it fron turning over?
Did you jump the slave solenoid to make the starter spin?

It does turn over, just won't start, doesn't even try to start. Can't figure why only 1 volt to injectors.

It WILL crank but Won't start. Doesn't even try to start. Again, problem seems to be only 1 volt to injectors.

A constant 1 volt? injectors are pulsed from the ecm to fire .should not be constant voltage

I appreciate all the replies & help, thanks! I have a mechanic coming to run computer diagnostics. Hopefully that will pinpoint the problem. ::::...Fingers Crossed

FYI, if you try to measure the voltage at the injector, which is a short duration pulse, the meter will read a markedly lower value. Technically, a digital meter will display the average voltage over its "measurement period" so that a short 12 V pulse may average to 1 volt. An analog meter also averages the reading due to the ballistics ( dynamic) response of the needle.
