1983 Honda 7.5 HP outboard

I would like to know where the water drain screw is located. It will be dropping to 20 degrees F on Wednesday. It is critical that I find out.

?????--------I think you are mistaken as far as finding a drainscrew for water.-----------That is unless you have one of these installed on a sailboat inboard unit.
 
Thank you for responding. I have the 7.5 HP outboard. Do you mean that there isn't one? I have done all I can to drain the water but can't find the screw to drain water from the system.

Yes, I have done that. Thank you for the response. I will be trailering my 22 Capri sailboat with outboard to Sarasota but not until after Christmas from Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
