1995 Johnson 175 fast strike

I am assembling my 175 Fast Strike for the 2nd time after a complete overhaul and a new melt down due to a failed VRO. I have 4 good STBRD pistons and 2 good Port pistons. Will one of the Stbrd work on the port side?
 
Did you pressure test the block????These models are bad about internal glue line water leaks and usually on port side!! Also a VRO failure will not take out a single cylinder.

I had the whole block bored .30 the first time around which left me with some extra pistons. This time around its getting 2 new sleeves back to standard. one on each side. Two of the port pistons a one of the starboard pistons have damage. I am just trying to put it back together with existing parts. The overhaul has never been run WOT so the damage was pretty minimal.
