I have a RT 160 EM. Initially the right armature broke and was replaced. When I got the motor back it ran slow. It eventually blew the inline fuse. Took it in again to repair and the factory suggested replace the other armature. The left armature was replaced. The motors still run slow. The batteries check ok. Any one have an idea?

I had the same problem. I took the motor apart and found one of the wires from the power lead was rubbed and shorting against the armature.
