hi all I have a 40 hp yam 1989 the moter runs spot on on tick over but wen I open her up boat gets on the plane then the engine seems to lack power it dont rev out it s fine on half throttle give it any more then it wont rev no more this is wots been done all 3 compressions are 125 psi carbs been cleaned fuel pump seems ok changed props im at the end of my tether please help
