mixture screws 1998 115

I am working on a J115PLEEM 1998 Johnson 115. The carbs were disassembled when I received it. The mixture screws are out of the throttle bodies. What is a nominal setting for them? 1.5 turns out is typical on many carbs I've seen but these do not have seats and I suspect are likely to have a different number of turns out.
 
According to your model # its a 1999. The initial setting for the screws is 5 3/4 turns out. Don't forget, these screws have a fine thread.
