Effects of running 33 hp engine for 2 hours without sufficient lower unit lubrication.

Are the bearings of the upper, center and bottom journals of the crankshaft affected by a lack of sufficient lower unit lubrication? If not,do these bearings need to be packed with grease or are they sealed bearings?
 
Oil in the lower unit has nothing to do with lubrication of the crankshaft , absolutely nothing.------These bearings on the crankshaft are lubricated by oil mixed with the gasoline !!!
