Hi guys
Last year i bought an old girl of a boat, 1973 Hull which had a 1973 Johnson 3 cyl tripple carby ( bee knees of that year apparently ) but have had nothing but trouble from day 1. I had the carbs rebuilt with brand new fuel lines ( clear ) and it ran perfect for 3-4 times we took it out. But now when we take it out feels like its struggling to pull 10hp and struggles to even get her on the plane. Since then i had put new plugs, pulled out the carbs and re done them, new fuel lines again. It just wont go no where, out of water it will start free rev nicely with the muffs on. It is very frustrating and all i want to do is get on the water for summer, help would be greatly appreciated.
