Removing my Water Pump from 1988 85 Force Engine

I have watched You-Tube on removing water pumps from various models. Now is the time for me to do it myself. My question is removing the lower unit. Can someone tell me which screws to remove, the ones on the side or the ones from the bottom.

There are a lot of screws to remove from the bottom.
There is a screw on the side of the drive down on the nosecone of the lower unit. DON"T touch!!!(pic)
There is a shift connector that has a tiny cotter pin and a barrel type affair. It needs to be taken apart to drop the lower.
I think there are 6 bolt around the side.
Then there is 2 that hold the snout.
Then after the snout up inside is another Allen headed bolt.
