Mercury 175 ProXS 2010 Loses power when warmed up

My 2010 Optimax Pro XS 175 runs great until it warms up then I can't get over 3000rpm on hole shot and can't get over 4500rpm when on plane. Motor just had 300hr service, new plugs, filters etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue and would anyonee know the prognosis? I just got the boat of the shop and they told me the ECM checked out fine, compression good with good spark but I don't think they warmed the motor all the way up. The said it was a weak battery and changed it....!

I'm thinking bad coils when warm!

Do you have a temp guage and if so whats the temp as a sticking open t-stat will not let head reach proper temp and engine will stay rich and possibly foul plugs.
