Need a little assistance in how to remove the Starter on the 1999 Johnson 115 HP Motor. It has 3 bolts to be removed, but when these bolts are removed, the starter does not drop down far enough to be removed. As the Solenoid is attached to the bottom of the starter, does one have to remove the Lower Engine Cover in order to replace the starter. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.
