Hi fellow floaters, newbie to the board so go easy please... I have purchased a used Johnson 33 electric model# rxe-16m. serial # c583767 I'm need a year so I can ask more questions later.... thanks in advance, flashback

RXE16M is a 1968 33hp Johnson.

There are Owner Manuals, Parts Manuals, and Service Manuals. Try to find a manual specificly for that one individual engine. There are many manuals that cover a half different models which I find to be quite confusing. First, try this site, eBay, your local dealership, various marine stores, do a search, etc. I can only wish you luck in your search.

There ya go, that's a good price on a factory service manual, if that is what you want. Not to be confused with an owner's manual. One tells you how to run and care for it, the other tells you how to fix it.
