Throttle cable... I think.

We have a Volvo MD2040D, On the last few outings, running 1500 to 1800rpm, the revs suddenly drop by about 100 rpm. When I put the revs back on it´s ok for the rest of the journey, even on a long run; last one 70nm. If I need to tighten up what I have since learnt to be the clamp bolts, which ones are they from this diagram??

Another opinion has said it's more likely to be at the handle end, which is a bit of a job to take it apart, and somewhere in there is a grub screw you can tighten maybe not even a half a turn.

Anyone done this, or have an opinion as to whether this is right?
