Are Mercury 110 Crankshaft bearings pressed on ?

Been slowly working through a Merc 110 rebuild and I'm at the point of having the crank case split open and crank shaft pulled out and to my surprise the crank bears slid right off, are the bearings from factory not pressed on ?

Also can the factory bearings be replaced with 6204s ?

thank

On those, the tight fit is in the cap. Larger Mercs do it the other way around (which I prefer).Jeff
Thanks guys, one more question. The lower crankshaft seal is it supposed to be installed upside down? When I removed the crank the lower seal was facing up.Thought it should be facing down...

Sorry just to help clear up the confusion on the seal direction

Which wasy should the seals be facing ?

@kimcrwbr1 #2 is how i understand what your saying

I repeat, all PH seal lips go DOWN. The top seal keeps compression in; the lower seal(s) keep water out.
