Yanmar 3ym30 won't stop

Me again ( the amateur repairer) ...Other motor (catamaran) Recently submerged. Replaced starter and alternator and stater relay. Motor starts and runs ok but is unresponsive to stop button. Stops when engine solenoid button pressed. Checked stop solenoid and its OK. Any suggestions on where to go next?

Found problem this pm. One of the wires in the plug that connects to the relay was badly corroded. Wasn't obvious until relay unscrewed then a nice big apart as wire broke away.
