blowing fuses

Fuses usually blow because of either a short or the (thing) they are feeding is defective.

What does the fuse feed?

The issue will be between the fuse and where the line terminates or at the item that it terminates at - eg. if going to the power trim, then either the wire between the fuse and the relays for the trim unit is grounding out OR the relays are toast OR the trim pump has an issue.

So first isolate the circuit that has the issue and start checking from there....
