I've got an exhaust leak into the motor cover that is starving the carb when the motor cover is on, so won't get to WOT. Runs great with cover off...
1. Do I need to remove the powerhead to gain access to replace the 2 seals on the lower part of the cover?
2. Should the lower part of the cover, where the seals are located, be able to move/wiggle as much as they seem to do? It seems that even if I replace the seals, the lower cover can move up and down to where the seal won't do much good. Thoughts??
