So after removing my port engine, removing the port fuel tank, putting a new fuel tank in, and reinstalling the engine, I found a loose part where the engine was stored in the cabin off of the mounts.

Can anyone identify this part?

Thanks for the lead. The mystery now deepens. On page 6-39 if its the same part, the part looks like it is officially called 4. circuit board and plate assembly sensor. Since I did not disassemble the distributor when I removed the engine, the part must have been loose on the engine somewhere. Perhaps the PO replaced it and forgot to dispose of it.
 
Pretty sure I have one of those in my Prestolite distributors as others have said. I believe the part number of that distributor is IDU-7801A or IDU-7801B.
