Fair price for 2013 Tohatsu 9.8

I want to sell my 'Hatsu 9.8. (Too big/Heavy for my boat) I bought it july of last year, has approx (pull start-short shaft). 10 hrs of run time on it. Paint has been rubbed off the prop on the edges but otherwise cosmeticly perfect. What should I ask?
 
In our store, a current model motor that is used, but otherwise appears and operates as new, would sell for about 1/2 the price of new, even if only a few days used. In your case, you have an MFS9.8A3, but it was manufactured more than a year ago, and has 10 hours on it. Time for the crankcase and LU oils to be changed.
