454xlt tbi problems

Help needed. I have a 1999 454xli tbi and I am not getting a pulse to the injectors at times.I changed the ecm and no help.
The engine will start and run fine sometimes but if you shut it off you lose injector pluse. I read that the control module in the dist. could cause this. What get's me if it dose crank it runs fine. I got it to crank this afternoon and took the boat out and ran it for over a hour and it ran fine. when I got home i shut it down and tried to restart . No injector pluse .I swaped the ecm with the one off my other engine samd symtoms I also unpluged the tps with same results. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 33Blackfin

Is the issue " engine will not crank over when warm" or "no injector pulses"?

The computer won't "pulse" the injectors until it detects the engine is spinning....so some correlation between the two is "normal".
