1992 150 fast strike boggs down

I have a 1992 150 fast strike is starts and idles perfect it takes off fine then starts to bog down and surge if you pump the bulb it will run perfect as long as you continue pumping. I have replaced the diaphragm's in the vro pump ,I have replaced the bulb, all fuel lines, used a different fuel tank, cleaned filter still no change not sure were to go from here any help or suggestions would be appreciated
 
With the vro pumps if you have any air leak in a line or at a connector it will not pump fuel or oil. That would me a good place to start.
 
Or else the VRO itself has problems. Also check the vapor separator for any air leaks.
