92 50hp Mariner bogging down on full throttle

Hi and thanks in advance for any help. My Boat seems to bog down when after I open up the throttle fully, It is fine when I'm at idle and mid throttle. I'm getting a solid beep noise on my alarm that comes and goes when it wants as well. things that I had done to it. complete rebuild of fuel system all fuel lines and filters have been replaced from the tank to the the carb (carbs have been rebuilt as well). I have checked the impellar and it looks in good shape. water pump works fine and it shoots a nice stream. I'm at a loss here my knowlege is verry limited. The boat is a 1993 Alumacraft MV Angler motor is an outboard 50hp mariner 2cycle 3 cylnider.

sounds like your overheating that is what the alarm is and it's putting the motor in limp mode

I checked the water jacket to touch and it's not hot to the touch. And it's got a nice stream out the pisser.
