Repowering with 30 hp OMC or Tohatsu/Nissan need help

What can anyone tell me about these 2 motors. I know OMC is 2 stroke and Tohat is 4 stroke . Any possitive or negative comparision would be appreciated.
I have posted this on the OMC site also in hopes of getting some info to help me purchase the right motor.
 
The e-tec is pricey and complex, and requires the best of DFI oil. The Tohatsu MFS30 is a proven EFI 4-stroke, and much lower cost.
