Johnson Javelin 100hp identification and problems, help wanted.

Hi there to all

Have a 198x Johnson Javelin 100 hp outboard withot IDtag (deleted or missed).
Need to know if 50:1 is the recomended oil ratio in this engines?
After no more than 5 min at idle engine tends to stall and dies, noticed a heavy oil deposit at the plugs.
Which is the recomended gap and spark plug for this application?

After making more research in this regards, have found the following numbers J100???CSC, which means it is a 1980 year right?
 
After making more research in this outboard have found J100???CSC wich means it is a 1980 model year right? Now which is the correct oil - fuel ratio?
