i have a question about 35 chrysler outboard i want to buy,1988

i started it up, runs fine, shut it off and it looks like water and grease coming out of a small hole on lower unit next to a screw, can anyone tell me what this is from, don;t think this is normal, thanks
 
Most time if it drips black gunk it's un-burned oil/gas. Normal.
Check the oil in the lower unit.
Just opening the screw a little will tell if the oil has water mixed in.
