0t135290 is the number.

There is a hole in your exhaust adapter that lets water into the exhaust stream to cool it. According to your serial number you should have three holes. One, Two or all of them are going to be restricted.

Below is a picture of an exhaust adapter that is from a different year 3.0DFI it only has one hole. The arrow points to where the holes are, the circle is where the popit valve attaches, you can fish a stiff wire with a 90 degree bend in it, through the popit valve hole and try to clear these holes.

If your exhaust liner is clear this is the only other water entry point to cool the exhaust stream.

It's something I would have checked, I cannot speak for them. Chances are they do not know these holes are even there.
