M360 B Head question?

Have a 1884 Century with the M360 B engine. Heads are cracked. I'm rebuilding engine and would like to install 360 heads in place of the stock 318. Anyone have experience with this. My machinist doesn't see a problem.

Combustion chamber is larger on 360 heads and you will have a loss in compression.
 
I think it would probably run fine, but you will be dropping your compression ration and loose some performance. any gain from the bigger valves will be un-noticed.
