I just recently got a 1991 shamrock with a 302 ford the previous owner said he never really opened it up past 3000 rpms. It runs perfect on the hose but I put it in the water brought it to about 3300 and it started to bog down then stalled out it fired back up and then kept it a little above idle eventually it stalled again. I checked and replaced the filters the filters and plugs again on the hose it ran fine put it in the water brought it up to 3500 rpms and it started bogging down again this time it didnt stall but I can't bring it above 2200 rpm . I have cleaned the carb checked the fuel pump all seams to be good it seems like a fuel issue to me any suggestions. Thank you in advance
