Need help for a test tank

I work at a Mercury dealer ship as the lead outboard tech and have my own shop for side work that the dealer ship turns away. Any ways I am looking to build a small test tank or something that can hold up to a 70hp long shaft. Wonder if anybody had some thoughts on something I could build for a test tank. I also would like it big enough to put a stand up jet ski in to put a load on the motor. Thanks for you input.
 
Do you have a Tractor Supply store anywhere around you? If so, they carry a variety of farm tanks and troughs that would likely fit the bill. That's what folks around my neck of the woods use - middle Chesapeake. If not Tractor Supply, then whoever supplies farming equipment.
