1999 kolher 6.5 esz generator starts and runs shows about 80-90 volts with no load at all . I start turning on breakers and volts start droping. high draw items , air. cond., battery charger will take it down to zero volts. any ideas?? Manual does not show how to test items that could cause this condition.
