When you run it out of water with water hose hooked up and put in gear it runs perfect. When idling it up it runs perfect in and out of water. But when put in gear in water 1/4 idle it runs great but when you give more throttle it will dye out ever time. Put new fuel lines and tank and Seafoam in gas thinking it might be water or air flow with tank. Sure could use some help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
