starting help??

04 185 bayliner 3.0L .....so for a while when i go to start...i just hear the click and nothing...after several attempts ...it finally will turn over and start..after its warm..usually no issue.......then it got worse...maybe after 10 or 15 attempts always getting the click it will turn over....then even worse....wont start at all....still having the solenoid click though...........bought a new starter and installed ......no change...help
 
Take off and clean ( wire brush on a drill). All of you connections, the ones on the solenoid, starter, battery, ground on the engine block. I had this issue on an island in the middle ofvthe lake! Took 20 min to clean and fix.
then replace the solenoid if needed
