Need advice, want to change motor

I have a old 22' deck boat, with a 105 Chrysler, I have a 1978 Johnson 200 I would like to install. The motor did not have any of the controls with it when I got it. Is this going to be a nightmare, or are control available to remount the Johnson. Should I use a jack plate? Thanks in advance for any advice.
 
I am in the process of getting more information, after checking the spark, and compression I will post results and pictures.

Yes it does have tilt and trim.
