MerCruiser 350 MAG MPI - engine runs fine but dies during idleo, restarts fine, what is the problem?

I have a Four Winns 2003 Horizon 210 Boat with a MerCruiser 350 MAG MPI engine. It starts & runs fine. But recently, the engine occasionally dies during idle. So far, I can always re-start it after it died. What could be the problem?
 
Old or water contaminated fuel, fouled plugs can cause poor idle. Change fuel filters lately? Is the spark arrestor clean or fouled w/oil and dirt? The throttle body needs to be clean for proper idle. Dirt/grime on its throat or butterfly can cause rough idle.
 
The idle is not rough or low. I have just completed the annual maintenance on the boat by a local service shop. Everything runs fine except occasional engine stop wile idling. Thanks anyway.
